All order deliveries will be handled by private courier delivery 48 hours after payment has been verified (working days only). Tracking numbers will be notified in registered email accounts.
Steps in case of missing or delayed delivery

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel the order if the order status is “Awaiting Payment.” However, if customers have made the payment and the order status is “Processing,” customers will have to contact the company directly to cancel the order before 12.00 AM. (noon) within the following day of purchase. Otherwise, the company will deny the order cancellation process.
Return and Refund
The company reserves the right not to accept any exchanges, returns, and refunds.
b.) For Service business
The company will process refunds under the following circumstances.
- If the company fails to fulfill pre-order sales and online sales orders.
- In case of product defects according to the distributors’ guidelines, the distributors will advise the refund process and amount.
The company will process a bank transfer refund for cash and bank transfer transactions only.For credit card transactions, the company will void the transactions within the purchase date. However, suppose the cancellation is made the following day. In that case, the company will process a bank transfer refund to customers for the value of goods only and without the credit card transaction fees.
