Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel the order if the order status is “Awaiting Payment.” However, if customers have made the payment and the order status is “Processing,” customers will have to contact the company directly to cancel the order before 12.00 AM. Return and Refund

The company will process refunds under the following circumstances.
